Specimens found attached to hard substrate on the north side of South Pier on an extra low spring tide at Newlyn Harbour, Newlyn, Cornwall, 10.03.20. Associated fauna included the isopod Stenosoma acuminatum.

Images of species taken at Crinnis Beach, Carlyon Bay, near St. Austell, 13.03.09; and washed up on beach in front of the car park at Long Rock, near Penzance, Cornwall, 21.10.11 and 27.10.11.
The epiphyte in the image above is Plocamium nanum; there is also a hydroid in the same image.
