Species found as an endophyte, so living inside an old, epiphyte covered and galled frond of Palmaria palmata, Dulse, that was found on the lowershore at Roskilley, south of Newlyn, Cornwall, 16.04.18. The Streblonema filaments were found on inspecting the galls.
