The species here is either a parasitic copepod of a nudibranch like Doridicola aff. agilis or Anthessius spp. or is possibly a commensal species that lives with the nudibranch / sea slug host Eubranchus doriae.

The specimen was found on Eubranchus doriae in a small sample of coralline algae scraped from a large pool on the middleshore at Battery Rocks, Penzance, Cornwall, 30.07.18.
