Specimen found in sample of sea squirts, tunicates, taken from pontoons at Mylor Marina, Mylor Churchtown, near Falmouth, Cornwall. 18.09.15.

Specimens found in scrape samples of marine fouling taken from pontoons at Newlyn Marina, Newlyn, Cornwall. 12.02.15 and 25.07.15. A very common species at Newlyn.

Species is described as bearing inconspicuous marginal tentacles and reported as common in colonies of Ciona intestinalis.
