The species was found amongst maritime flora which included Sea Heath and Sea Beet on the beach at Praa Sands, near Helston, Cornwall. 20.11.11.

According to the British Bugs website the species is found widely throughout the UK, although local inland and mainly associated with coastal saltmarshes, this bug feeds mainly on oraches and sea purslane.
