Specimen above was found under a small subtidal ledge on an extreme low tide at Battery Rocks, Penzance, Cornwall, 23.07.17.

Raspaciona aculeata was suggested by Dr. Bernard Picton.

Raspaciona aculeata is synonymous with Raspailia aculeata.
