A number of specimens, male and female were found in rock crevices on the middleshore at Hannafore Point, Hannafore, Looe, Cornwall, 19.05.22.

The male specimen above was found in a small sample of red algae taken from the lowershore at Trefusis Point Flushing, near Penryn, Cornwall, 24.09.18. The claws are quite typical for this species.

Specimen found on sampling fouling on pontoons at Port Pendennis Marina, Falmouth, Cornwall. 30.06.15.

Considerable numbers of this species were found in a sample of coralline algae and sediment taken from a lowershore site east of the causeway at St. Michael's Mount, Marazion, Cornwall. 21.03.15.
