Specimen above was about 3 pound in weight and caught on rod and line in Hayle Harbour, Hayle, Cornwall. 30.08.16.

Specimen above is of a farmed fish purchased in a leading supermarket. 09.09.12.

Note the differences between the fish, especially the eyes of both fish. A good indicator of freshness.
