The image above is of a digitized slide of the species featured. The photograph was originally taken by marine photographer Gil Green on 12.10.1994.
Gil Green's slide collection was sold at auction on his death. The collection and reproduction rights was later put up for sale on ebay and was purchased by David Fenwick (APHOTOMARINE).

The main objective of this website is in furthering environmental awareness and education through the medium of photography. To increase awareness and access to the wildlife of the region and help
people find and identify it. Sometimes the difference between species is obvious but many species can only be determined by observing microscopic characteristics that are specific to any one species.
