Specimen above were found on the underside of Thongweed buttons, the Thongweed buttons being collected very fresh on the shore after an autumn storm at Long Rock Station, near Marazion, Cornwall. 18.10.14. Fresh Thongweed buttons are often a very good source of fauna and flora.

Specimen above found under a rock in shallow water on an extreme low tide at Vellan Drang, Lizard, Cornwall. 25.09.14.

Species frequently found occupying the large ball structure found on the brown seaweed Furbelows, Saccorhiza polyschides.

Specimens above found at Chyandour Rocks, Penzance, Cornwall, 10.11.11; at Hannafore Point, near Looe, Cornwall, 12.03.09; and at many other places, a common species in the south-west.
